God of all consolation,
In Your unending love and mercy for us,
You turn the darkness of death into the dawn of new life.
Show compassion to Your people in sorrow.
Be our refuge and our strength to lift us
from the darkness of this grief
to peace and joy in Your presence.

Members of this ministry offer prayer, love, and support to the families who have lost a loved one.  They provide food for the family of the deceased after the funeral. At the request of the family, they will pray the Scriptural Rosary at the funeral home or in the Church before the funeral Mass or service. For information on becoming part of this important ministry, please contact Denise Gibson at (225) 665.5359.
