So that the "I do" of the spouses may be a free and responsible act and so that the marriage covenant may have solid and lasting human and Christian foundations, preparation for marriage is of prime importance.
When you are ready to schedule a wedding here at Immaculate Conception or the Mission, we ask that you come in. We do not schedule weddings over the phone. When you come in, we will give you a form to fill out.
After filling out the form, we will go through the calendar with you to see what is available and put it on the form and pencil it on the parish calendar.
We will pencil your date into the parish calendar and ask you to return within two weeks with the signed form, a list of what facilities you wish to use, and a down payment for the use of the facilities. We will need to know which of the two priests/deacons you would like to witness your wedding. Once you meet with the priest/deacon, the date of your wedding will be confirmed.
The priest or deacon will then contact you to arrange a time to meet with you.
